View Activity Agreements

Activity Agreements for groups are entered into Enquire. All the information from the paper contract is recorded. Details on the financials, the schedule 3 and other pertinent data is maintained through a database behind the Enquire interface. Each group's JSIP Activity Agreements are in the system and added by Regional NRM Programs. Groups have the option to enter in their own non-JSIP agreements. The relevant roles can view their group's Activity Agreement details.

Instructions to view all your Activity Agreements

1. Log into Enquire.

2. Select Activity Agreement from the primary navigation or required agreement from the Structure Menu or Home page Portlet.

The Activity Agreement View all page will display with list of Active Agreements (by default).

3. Select the Activity Agreement you wish to View by double clicking on the Agreement name will direct you to the Overview tab of the Agreement.

Alternatively, to navigate to a specific Agreement tab, select the context arrow beside the Agreement Id to view the quick navigation menu.

4. Activity Agreements display with a tabulated navigation system at the top of the page. All activity agreements have tabs labeled:

Overview
Team
Investment Packages or Programs/Sub Programs
Financials
Schedule 3 or Workplan
Alignments (only CfoC Agreements)
Financial reports
Performance reports
Reef Plan Contribution (for relevant groups only)
Report Generator
Tracking

5. You will be able to view the pages relevant to your role.

Each tab contains particular information.

Overview	This tab provides a glance of the key information within each Activity Agreement.
Team	the team tab lists all key people/groups pertaining to the Activity Agreement.
Investment Packages	this tab provides details of each Investment Package within the Activity Agreement. It provides relevant users the ability to track the funding against Investment Packages, Matters for Targets and Activity types.
Programs/ Sub program	Caring for our Country Agreements are made up of programs that are composed of sub-programs.
Financials	The Financials tab tracks and records the Activity Agreement's financial information such as budgeted figures, actual expenditure and forecast values.
Reef Plan Contribution	Lists the number of Milestones from the Activity Agreement contributing to the Reef Plan. Also where users can do a build alignment of Milestones to Strategies prior to the reporting period. (for relevant groups only)
Schedule 3 or Workplan	The Schedule 3 of the contract. Milestones and Outputs.
Financial reports	This tab is where quarterly financial reports are done and archived.
Performance reports	this tab is where the six-monthly performance reports are done and archived.
Tracking	Tracks the various contractual changes of the Activity Agreement (i.e. variations).
bCustom Reports	Regional body Users can generate ad-hoc Financial and Performance reports on Activity Agreements.
